The parent may not know that you need to be registered that is why she is asking?

That post by the lady with bad experience was really sad. :( Just terrible.

She feels bad now she knows the implications of using someone who is not registered. Hopefully she understands better now. You've got to feel sorry for her actually. I think so many people don't understand WHY it's so important to use someone registered I'm sure they just think it's because of red tape and stupid rules, they don't understand the whole safety issues not to mention the EYFS (although most parents don't even care much about that :( .)
