Right, mindee started 1st June, gave 4 weeks notice on 30th June, last day 28th July. This makes 9 weeks.
I worked fees out to allow for my unpaid hol which made £210 per month, and she paid a months fees as deposit so in total has paid me £420.
The care i have given amounts to £455 (£3.50 per hour, 5 hours a day, 3 days a week except her final week which is 2 days- this makes 26 days)
So do i need to bill her for £35?
I have got in a mess because i didnt take any hols so she technically owed me for them (this was explained when signing contracts) so knocked this off the notice period rather than billing for them.
She is going to go mad!! :panic:
