One of my mindees came out in chicken pox last wednesday.
All mindees had played with her in days prior to this, so she was infectious anyway.
She was well even if spotty, no temperature, and very happy.
I asked other parents as their kids were in contact with her the days prior to spots would they mind her coming or would they rather she stay away. I advised I would go by their wishes as my kids teens and we all had it.
They all said fine and prob infected anyway.
So I typed up a letter askied them all to sign, saying happy as long as well for care to cont. Also asked them to list any concerns or comments on letter with a space for this.
They all signed and each one witnessed by me or another parent, I said at any time they change mind to note on letter and I will stop care. But all signed happily.
Iv seen comments on here that people happy to mind if their well.
So am I ok doing what iv done?
Im happy to mind if they get it and are well. If unwell at all I would not take, its going round our tot group and nursery to:)
