Apologies if this has been on here before and I've missed it but I thought people may be interested in this http://www.littlepeoplesplates.co.uk/objects/pdf/ten-steps-for-healthy-toddlers-a4-leaflet.pdf

At the very least it could be a useful printout for anybody having difficulties with parents providing unhealthy lunches, or minders who aren't sure what constitutes a healthy day's food or portion sizes.

Could be good for your portfolios too?

Have just recieved a pack supported by organix called A fun pre school education programme ,its taste for life education programme .website - www.tasteforlifenursery.com,or you can download info. Contains activities plans ,recipes ,stickers,poster.

This thread reminded me ,but cant think at minute how to start a new thread.

copy and paste it into your browser and then remove the comma and the word or from the end, it work fine then and is a great link (thank you Margaret). :)
