Hi everyone,

Happy Friday!

I've touched on this on another post before, however still not 100% sure if this is what's required...
So, the question is, if you use digital camera or have information on PC / website etc. about your mindees (passworded), do you HAVE to be registered with ICO?

Their website is a total mess and even the lady admitted it when I called them for advice... :D so still didn't get a clear response as to if I should register or not? Will Ofsted require you to do this?

Thanks
Saija xx
