How do you cater for shift workers?

Been asked to do

week 1 6.45 - 2.30

Week 2 1.30 - 5.30

Week 3 6.45 - 4.00

then back to week 1 but this would take up a whole full time place.

I agree a minimum number of hours that I need to make it viable for me to retain the week (35 in my case). Then they pay that regardless and any extra hours or weekend shift top ups (they pay a higher hourly rate for weekends) gets billed in arrears at the end of the month.

The hours just wouldnt fit in with anything and it would be havoc, especially through the six weeks holidays! she said its just until she gets a better job but what if she doesnt get a better job

Id charge for a full time place each week regardless of hours as they change every week

WOuldne she recieve help with tax credit ?

I wouldnt take child on if she is telling you she cant afford it :)

+ the child would be taking up a full time place coz of the hours being diff each week .

No because Dads income is too high!

He is already with me but she lost her job and the contract ends tomorrow

I have lost 3 full time mindees within the last 2 weeks so she thinks she'll be helping out with money until she finds something "better"
