Well, I tell you. Perserverence pays off :laughing:

Yes I KNOW I'm impatient lol, but this CRB business has DRIVEN me INSANE!!!! Anyways, a certain person at a certain police force has been incredibly helpful to me (SUCH a lovely man). SO, I called him today to ask advice and a HUGE favour.

BLESS HIS HEART, he said, leave it with me and I'll see what I can do.

HE has managed to get this OTHER POLICE FORCE to sort out hubbie's CRB, and told me that DH's CRB will be with us in a few days.

SO, that was at 1pm. Been checking and checking the Criminial Record's Bureau checkign system and now at 17:51 it says DISCLOSURE PRINTED....in progress.....

I'd go and kiss the man at the police force except my DH woudl get jealous....on TOP of that, another childminder who I know has given my details to another prospective parent....
