If any of you are in the area of the A66 I can recommend

Thorpe Farm on the A66 9 miles of Scotch corner

Any they offer a 20% discount to childminders on an annual pass

There is a Falconry Center, play area and sandpit, environmental/wildlife walk, animals, reclamation barn, butchers

When you go places do you ask if they offer discount to childminders? I have started to and had a couple of responses like "thats a good idea, ask again in a few months etc",

The local Ceramics (painting) shop has taken this up after I asked (how good am I - polishes knuckles on chest:cool: ).

Its always worth asking (several times):D
