That is FAB Susan!

Every time you get in a tizz and think you want one, ask yourself, 'What will it do for me? How will it help?'

By the time you've had a big argument with yourself, the urge will have gone!

Thats great Susan!

well done.

I've been good and quit for 3 weeks but I know next weekend when i've had a drink i'll be having a cigarette. I dont have the willpower to not smoke when I drink

You should be very proud of your achievement!

Well Susan I'm not going to encourage you to smoke as you have done so so well!!!

But you wont get lynched by me, I know how terrible the craving is when you drink.

But imagine how good you will feel if you do resist.

and it will be very cold and you'll get horrible goosebump skin and you may be kidnapped by a good looking brummy lad (oh that isn't going to help stop you) back on track then, you'll feel so guilty you smoked, it may ruin your weekend

Hi Sue, That's great, I stopped smoking on the 18th June 2007 after 26yrs, this is the first time I've tried and not touched one since, my family are surprised :clapping: that I gave up they didn't think I could do it but I also had the help from my hubby Phil he stopped the same time and given each other support. Keep up the good work, If I can do it any one can. jus:thumbsup:
