I need to write a termination letter but have neverdone one before.
this is what I have so far....

Dear ....

It is with regret that I will be terminating our contract for xxx and xxx as of today (date) I am required as per our contract to give you four weeks notice therefore the last day I will be able to care for the boys is xx xx xx

I wish you and your family all the very best for the future.

also would you tell mum exactly what the children have been like or is it better to sugar coat it??? do i need to explain myself or is it ok just to terminate?

iv had numerous conversations with mum and dad about behaviour yet nothing ever improves.

thanks x

Sorry to hear you've had such a bad experience!

What you've said looks fine, I would think that the reasons would be clear to the parents, you don't need to put them in writing as well.

Hope all goes well x

glad you have reached a decision about them hon. I think just go with the bare minimum of info in the letter. If they want more explanation you can chat with them.

Hope it goes well.x
