I use NCMA ones

If you are insured with them you MUST use their contracts

That is just one of the reasons I might change to MM because they DO allow you to use your own contracts if you do not want to use theirs

I have made my own contract, and insured with MM I didn't join the NCMA because they are expensive and you have to use there forms which i think are also expensive. Not seen the MM contract

I use SCMA ones - I did think aboutmaking my own up, but I felt that parents would prbably take more notice of one that looks "proper"

I use the NCMA ones for all my fulltime and long term part time children. I also use some of my own for occasional care, maternity etc. I decided after hearing stories about how useless the NCMA are when you are persuing a claim that as I am paid in advance anyway little chance of needing to seek legal recompense to get my money back. Hadn't realised you had to use their contratcs for insurance oops may definitely be changing now.

I am NCMA member and have my insurance with them but am thinking of using MM for uinsurance and being an NCMA member
