Home visit - what to expect?

Hi
I have my pre-reg home visit on Wednesday (not ofsted just Family services coming round to bring start pack and check the house etc). I've not done all the things I will do when ofsted come for pre-reg visit e.g locks on kitchen cupboards but I have done my risk assessments and so have a list of the things I am going to do. Will this be enough?
Any ideas what happens at a home visit?

I had family services come out and they were so helpfull prior pre reg. they even gave me a child gate they had knocking around. :thumbsup:
