We are having a special person day insted we are going to discuss some one special in our life and what they do for us and how they make us feel, then the children will choose that special person they have in their life and make something that special someone would like, a sort of thank you for all you do for me type of day.

does anyone else have any other ideas?

We have thought about people we love and linked it with an animals / pets theme.

That sounds like a really nice idea. oth my children made lots of little gifts for me for Mother's Day but haven't done a thing for Father's Day.
