Well Mrs O finally came this morning finally after she got lost.
She said paper inspections were rare, trust me. She was really nice and asked lots of questions as not having much evidence she needed to see what my knowledge was like.
She asked lots of questions and was happy, asked for SEF, which I said was half done, but I said I felt that as I'd only had a child for 2mths then I felt I couldn't answer it fully. But she was happy with the paper stuff I had and what I had put in place. Also she said that I need to keep evidence of everything. Keep all RA's after they have been changed and same with Policies & procedures.
Over all she gave me a satisfactory, but did end up with a Good in welfare.
So that is it for 3yrs :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
To top today off one of the mom's who has a 3yr old & a child in my youngest class, has asked me to mind her 3yr old. Just during school hours & then nursery collect in September.
