parent coming round im scared

hi ladies how are you? i have got m first parent coming round today at 1pm im scared its my first one since coming back to work after having my son my mind has gone blank can you lovely people give me some tips thanks everyone

just be yourself. Explain what you offer the little ones in terms of play to learn, interact with their little one (I'm often so busy talking I forget:blush: ) and make sure they understand how fees, payments and sick policy works:)

i am the opposite...i end up ignoring poor parents...they spend the time talking to the top of my head cos i am always on the floor!
