Its not going to be finished end of.Had a child return from time off and been very clingy,new starter,one with terrible ezema who needs creaming all over every 2 hours poor little might. And one cutting back teeth.The children come first not the sef.So am i going to get' Points deducted' ? Its half done.

You might, my friend got an outstanding and she hadnt even looked at the SEF!

I know I won't get an outstanding as I am not minding at the moment & have only minded for 2mths since I started.

Like you have an unfinished SEF. Have no excuse not to have it finished.:blush:

Good luck I'm sure you will pull an outstanding even without your SEF. Your website looks fab and you offer a great service.

Im sure that it wont matter , but how about just writing on a couple of bullet points in each area rather than worrying about having it all done in full. if i remember rightly the second part was much quicker to do , lots of 'see part a,b,c' etcrather than long answers.

Hi Tracie - sorry to go off topic but on your website on the introduction page where you say you "have three children which are" it should read "who are" - the "which" is introducing them as objects not people!
