Whats Next?!?!? :-(

Hiya everyone.Hope you are all well.

As some of you may know from another thread i done a few weeks a go i had this parent who owed me money well anyway i sent her a letter about the money & she came to see me & she signed an agreement to pay me £50 a week every wensday.She didnt pay me yesterday so i txted her today asking her if she was bringing my money today & i also said that if i didnt hear anything from her by 5:30pm today then i will be taking legal action.

I am not sure what to do next?? :(

Phone ncma and get the legal action started straight away. Wished i could offer more advice but i think you need to get this started now before you lose anymore money or sanity.

Ring the NCMA in the morning & go from there! Get paid in advance in future...we've all learned the hard way!:rolleyes:

A legal letter should get her into gear... you shouldn't make empty threats, you need to show her you are prepared to follow through.

Good luck with this. Try to be strong and get legal advice tomorrow, she shouldn't get away with this. She's probably banking on it being an empty threat so once she has a legal letter in her hand she'll probably pay up - hope so. x

im very sorry for you , i too have had this before but im afraid i didnt get my money as mine was under £ 100 but if yours is more then you should ring ncma.im sure they will be able to advise . and also i know it doesnt help you now but i got advised by ncma not to take people on face value & to learn from my mistakes , so payment in advance is how i always work now . really hope they can help you x

Thanks everyone.I will try & ring ncma tomorrow hopefully i will get a chance to ring. She did owe me £513 & now she owes me £333 so i am sure they can help,i am just not that good on phone but hopefully i will be ok :blush:

I finally got my £50 on satday at about 6:20pm. I txt her the day befor saying that she was now taking the p*** as i didnt hear anything from her wensday or thursday & then on friday she txt me sayin that she was going drop it off on friday at about 4pm but in the end she didnt bring it till about 6pm on the satday :angry:

No i havent rang them yet.Havent got round to it.I know i must tho because i dont want to get down to less then £100 because i know that they wont beable to help then.
