I work with a co-childminder who is my daughter, she has her own home put works from mine. (likes to keep her place toys free)

We both have our own children 3 under 5 and 1 after school each, so dont want to up our numbers.

We were thinking of taking on a assistant, who is also my other daughter 23, Would Ofsted allow this, Or is 3 too many to work in one house.

We only want A to help out with days out/trips and pick ups etc.

Should be fine, both huby and I are registered and our 18 year son is also registered as an assistant it doesn't effect our numbers just gives us a bit more flexibility :D

up to 3 is fine, if more than 3 then ofsted consider it day care and not domestic

Hi Playmate

Hope you don't mind me asking but.....

* how did you go about and how long did it take.
* will anyone come out to see us.
* how do you work his payment out.
* do you pay him hourly or do you just give him a set amount each week.
* does he pay nation insurance.

sorry for all the question x x
