After years of trying to get hubby to let us have a dog we have now got one, he is 15wks old & is a Weimaraner & his name is Otto, so far he is really good with the children (was raised around children) he likes to be in the same room as me thought but have put a bed in the corner which is where he takes himself while the children play. If he dose go near them or the toys all I have to say is leave it & he goes back to his bed.I am at the moment waiting for a dog trainer to get back to me about doing training with him.
I would put a photo on but every time I try there is a problem.

The retrever belongs to some very good friends, his name is Alfie he is also very dozy too

My puppy is 16 weeks old now and has just started training school- highly recommend it :thumbsup:
