in the last 2 days i have had 4 enquiries for childcare :clapping:

For a while I was getting 1 or 2 calls a day & could have filled my spaces at least 3 times over! It's gone very quiet at the moment though - good job I don't need any work :thumbsup:

i dont need any work either, one is for breakfast club which i can do, another is for a 5 month old baby to start a week after my baby mindee turns 1 :clapping:

dont think i can do the others tho :( which is a shame cos i know the other local minders are full too :panic:

Wish my phone would start ringing!! It has been absolutely dead here since before Christmas 2008... :panic: I have picked up one lo for a couple of mornings a week, but his mum is expecting another baby in September and isn't going back to work and another one who is just here for 11 weeks, but that is it, no other enquiries. I think I need some of the forum luck I keep hearing about. :o

Starting to get even quieter around here (if that is possible?). A few of the CMs at our baby group are always full and have 3 under 5yrs old with them most days and after schoolers.
But one of the busy CMs was even asking me (who only has two on her books), if I could let her know if anyone was asking and I could not do it.
Must be getting desperate if even the 'busy' ones are getting quiet :(

Someone send me some aswell please. I havent had a call for months that i can do. I only ever get calls for schools that i carnt do. Which is really annoying as i only live 5 minutes walk away. Problem is i live 5 minutes walk away from 7 schools

Send them this way please - I haven't had a call since Jan '10 - I am loosing 2 part-timer's to school which I knew about - which equate to a full time space - and then just heard today that I will be loosing another 3 full days due to redundancy - I have never been this quiet before - :panic: :panic:
