PLEASE has anyone got a copy of a incident sheet i coule please have.

Got a parent come this morning saying 12month old got a bit mark on his back from here yesterday

Sue, don't stress - just type or write one up if you haven't got an incident sheet. Just make sure you and the parents sign and date it and pop it in the childs folder.

Don;t name the other child (the biter).
