1st part of my icp course
cant wait seems like alifetime since i had my meeeting, been at hospital all afternoon about some more surgery needed:rolleyes: typical bet i have to go in just when im qualified,
never mind, just gonna have my last coffee read a bedtime story and go
wish me luck everyone, probably wont come back ontonite so will let you know how i got on tomorrow:)

guess whos back...... i am livid....gonna have to calm down before i ring or email anyone in case there was an emergency but there was no-one there!!!!!:angry:
no cars, gates locked, lights off!!
so i popped over to the other school just in case...the same..
so i went back again hopped over the gate, not a sausage

just had an email from the co-ordinator i had my first meeting with
wanted to know exactly what time i got there, were i actually went and where anybody else was!!
there was no-one there but me!!
just wait for a reply again now
apparently loads of people were booked on this course?
must have been ghosts:rolleyes:

Oh no.
I rang for directions the day I was due to go.The lady I spoke to was my tutor.I asked for directions to the place I'd been given on my letter confirming my place.She said oh were not there we're at this other place.I said well my letter says this place.She went off to check and rang me back to say they'd told her the wrong venue.She said thanks for letting her know.That could have been intersting!
Hope you get a decent answer.I'd have been livid too.

Oh no that's awful.
Where were they holding the course? I did the actual course in my home town (you know where that is) but was away on holiday for the exam and I had to go to the Professional Development Centre as that's where they had been running ICP courses.
I've also been there on a Saturday for a course - Childminding Matters seem to mainly use that building I think. It's not possible you've been given the wrong venue like the lp mentioned?
I really feel for you - I know you were so excited. Hope you get it sorted and onto a course very quickly.

have had a message left to say she will call back with the directions, shes sorry i couldnt find the building:angry:
shes spoken to the tutors and i can still go next week i only missed registration i can soon catch up ( i probably know it anyway from on here;) )
good thing its the day after if id had that message last nite i would have blown my top
i found the building i was outside the flippin door?!
anyway the good news is it sounds like i can still attend so will mark this as a blip and get there next week extra early and keep my eyes peeled :rolleyes:
