Hi,
I'm anxiously waiting to start childminding (just waiting for CRB check/ofsted cert) and I wondered how other childminders got on when they first started.
I guess I'm a little apprehensive about it too and wondered how everyone's first week/month went. How did you get on with filling in diary's for parents/observing/planning etc....
Did anything come up that you weren't expecting? What was it like for you?
