I should know the answer to this but how do we go about getting them? I have a family whose son has just started on cows milk and they're giving me a couple of pounds a week to buy the milk to give him. But it seems to me that if I can provide it for free that would be a nice little bonus for them

Is there no way of emailing the milk people? They say download a form and email us but you cant write on the form! I can scan my certificate at home and it'd just be easier.

if you save the form as text rather than a pdf then you can write on it

..............hm I've just done it and it has muddled all the questions up and put them in the wrong order.......................not so easy to understand now
