Hi!
I currently mind before / after school kids only and am looking to update a lot of my equipment and storage to reflect the fact that they are all too old for some of the character stuff I had before. Am looking for a bookshelf as have a HUGE number of books, but am happy to rotate them and have different ones out each week, if the bookcase I get wont hold them all at once. I really like the Tidy Books one but cant really justify the £100 price tag, especially as I am just about to buy the mobile sink unit, seem to be spending more than I earn at the mo lol. Like the idea of the sling type ones in Great Little Trading catalogue so that the fronts of the books are on display rather than the spines, but before buying I thought I'd ask the experts on here, so any advice please....Also, space is an issue, so if it is something that can be hidden behind a door when mindees go home, then all the better x

I have just got the sling one from Argos, I love it as the kids are finally able to help themselves and see what they want, they were previously on a shelf a bit too high up for them to reach and you could only see the spines, so they just chose the same book everytime. I actually managed to get mine from ebay for £12.50 and picked it up just down the road. I do have little ones as well as after school kids though, so have put all the board books in the trays at the bottom. It is quite big though if you are trying to hide it, but I love it.

Are wire ones any good to you? The TTS site has some fairly cheap ones. I use a low wicker basket at the moment. Very portable and can be put away.

thanks for all your replies. I think the Amazon one is a bit small but the TTS ones look fab, am thinking about possibly attaching it to a door somehow, but need to have a measure first. I know NCMA do a TTS discount code, does anyone have it and could pass it onto me please as I'm a Morton Michel convert lol, many thanks x
