My dp is pestering me as he wants a dog, hes been looking at a staffordshire terrier pup, i and our kiddies would really love one too, has anyone out there got one and has it caused you any problems with your mindees and parents??
Do you have to inform ofsted?
advise please would be gratefull :D

my dog growled at at mrs o when she did my pre-reg inspection! :blush: You don't need to inform ofsted but make sure you have a pet policy and the dog is risk assessed. My pet risk assessment is longer than for inside the house!

I have an old dog and a new puppy.
Puppy has a cage in the corner of the kitchen for when I want her away from everyone and I need to write a new RA as things keep changing. Old dog now hides upstairs during the day and puppy is out of the cage more so need to re-assess situations as I go.
