This came from the Northamptonshire Childminding Assoc. I have taken out the name of the actual place and put in northants.....

We are sending this information to alert you of an incident that a
childminder in a town in Northants had to deal with today.

At around 2:45 today as a childminder was waiting for a parent to
arrive a green car pulled up to her house with two men inside. One man
who was dressed in a suit knocked her door and said he'd started a
photography business and wanted to take pictures of the children, he
tried to hand her a business card. The childminder refused his card and
as she was about to explain her situation the parent arrived at which
the man quickly went back to the car and was driven straight off. It
was obvious to her that these men were not doing a door-to-door sell
but had picked her out for some reason.
The childminder says she feels very uneasy about the situation and is
a little shaken. This childminder does advertise her services on her
car, and although this may be a perfectly innocent situation we feel
that you need to be aware.

If any of you have had similar calls we advise you to notify the
police.

I saw this on her facebook earlier, apparently two other women in the same area saw him also, hopefully the police will catch up with him.

Poor woman. I bet she was scared stiff. I am glad that I will be minding from a house on a quiet (vehicle wise) RAF camp, behind the 'wire' and several burly RAF policemen, some with big guns! We don't even get the Jehovahs witnesses or LDS! Bliss!

I think I would have taken the business card and gone straight to the police station with it!
