Can anyone give me an idea of what to put on an invoice?
Has anyone got an example they wouldn't mind showing me?

Full name address tel number and ofsted reg number.
name of the child and date of invoice
I have a sample which i will try to add here - am rubbish at this usually

I use a Microsoft template. It usually has my logo on it (which I have removed) and I always print my fees policy on the back.
