In relation to food!
Have always had the same routine and been fine but come May when the twins start i can see all hell breaking loose..some nights i will have my 2 mindees and dd to feed and to sit them down too but they wont eat as have diff times to us (polish)
Today for example was a typical day..holidays or not it is always a rush. I had mindee and we set off to the zoo..after that we had a picnic. Came back nipped to the bank and library, got home and got bikes/scooters etc together and walked up to dh and had a walk through the woods home.
Got in and the girls had a water fight outside..sorted the bunny..meanwhile it ended up being 4.45pm..dad comes at 6pm and i had promised sausages, mash, cauli cheese, yorkshire puds, peas!! so i rushed to it and had nothing ready as usual and fed them just in time..although it is a rush i coped and dont really mind as she is old enough to be left really for a short period so usually ok but when 2 x 1.5 yr olds are running round it will be a diff story!
So being new to the freezing down stuff how many of you batch cook and freeze ready to stick in the oven?
I can only think of the normal..spag bol, lasagne, minds really gone blank as to what to cook!! have to do this 2 days per week so not too bad but has to be done for my sanity! Ideas please!
Thanks
