Hello, I have a baby starting sept who will be 10months, i have had an enquiry for a baby who will be 12months when the 10month starts, is this allowed or does the child have to be 13months to not count in the baby number??

If I am wrong someone will correct me..I hope:D

You have 1 under 12months and 1 who is 12 months, I believe this will be ok.

But wait to see if someone says otherwise, but i think this is ok:thumbsup:

Well just had a read of my cert and it says 'no more than 1 under 1 year' so when they are 365/366 days old they are one year old and therefore no longer under 1.

My pre reg inspector told me I had to notify ofsted when my dd reached her first birthday as thats when I was allowed a baby. So assuming they've reached their birthday you should be fine.

If you are concerned check with Ofsted first!

Seems plain enough to me - if they are 12 months old they are not under one!

That will be fine. I recently had a variation to have 2 babies under one. The variation ended the day the eldest baby turned one. x.
