Well i have started my complaint against OFSTED today. :(
Sent an e-mail explaining that i wanted to make a complaint about the conduct of my inspection and i was waiting to have my full report to make the full complain but wanted to make them aware. I also asked for clarification regarding me SEF.

I recieved this e-mail back

Thank you for your e-mail.

In response to your enquiry, an inspector will look at a Self Evaluation Form (SEF), even if it is not fully completed and regardless of whether it was completed online or by hand. The SEF is not compulsory, but an inspector would expect to see that any setting delivering the EYFS has a system of self evaluation in place. A quality improvement plan can be used as part of a self evaluation system.

So lets see what my report say's. I just hope im doing the right thing as i've since found out that quite a few childminders have complained about this inspector!!!

And what if i'm re-inspected and they then down grade me?????? :panic:
