hi got a phone call from ofsted this morn saying there coming to do my inspection this week i really nervous what will there look and want to see
i hav policy and procdures
menu
planning
children records
accidents and medication file
emergency contacts
visit book
emergency evacuation record
fire drills
my certificate on show
risk assessments
daily check list
registers
what else i dreading them coming and me not been ready there could come tommorrow ahhhhhh

Just lay out evrything you have for them to look at. They should let you get on with looking after the children whilst they look at the paperwork then come to see how you are interactingwith the children. Just be honest with them answer ay questions the best you can don't try to pull the wool over their eyes, it could come back and bite you on the bum:blush:
Remember the first thing to do is check their ID, if they have not got it don't let them in.

As littletstar says, check ID.
Get them to sign visitors book.
Have all your stuff out for them to look through.
Be yourself and just do your normal thing.

Make sure everything you say you do/have in your SEF you can show them, they like to see evidence.
