awww the other chick had only hatched about an hour beforehand, she couldn't even walk properly :laughing:

first chick died while trying to hatch

4 survived

7 eggs still incubating but unlikely to hatch now (will give them til sunday)

keep the chicks for another week

Just thought it looked really funny, everytime the newly hatching one stopped to take a breather he was brought back into action by his little friend bulldozing him on his way past. They are so cute, my kids and mindees rushed around to watch when my friend had some hatching.
