Where do I stand?

With my registration now I have stopped working during the day?

I only take before and after schoolies now, the youngest of whom is 6 (and I am full so he will be the youngest.

Although I don't intend taking on any under fives from now on, I do want the option to be able to should the need arise (ie if I am skint lol). Do I need to do anything?

I think you can stay on the early years register for 3 years without having any children in that age group - don't think you have to do anything at this stage

I agree with Christine... but I would be tempted to ring Ofsted and ask their advice.

They will make a note on your paperwork :D

you will have to tell ofsted.

If you are registered for under 5s, they will inspect you on EYFS.
If you have not been doing it, (even if it is because cos you have no children in that age range) they will give you inadequate.

So just make sure they know you have no children in that range at the moment, and tell them again if that changes.
