I have just rang Data Protection to ask about registering, not only was I surprised to get straight through but had a lovely chat with a lovely lady.....when I said I was a childminder and was just enquiring if I needed to register, the first thing she asked was if I used a digital camera and used my computer to store /print photos.....when I laughed and said yes .....she said that was the most usual statement by childminders and she now asks that question first as it saves a lot of time....she took my details and is sending me the form

....just wanted to share as it's not often you get service with a smile over the phone:)

makes you feel better in yourself does't it if you get that kind of a phonecall when expecting different! How much did it cost to register?
