Can someone please tell me what temp the fridge should ideally be at?

I always have mine between 5-10 seems ok.

I thought it was 2-4 but it always seems too cold to me?????

actually its 0 - 5c is ideal i just read it in my food saftey hand book:clapping:

just had a new fridge and freezer and it said in the handbook the fridge should be at 2 and the freezer minus 20.:thumbsup:

I agree with Miffy and Lana

I worked in a school nursery kitchen for a while and had to check this twice a day so yes this was correct

On the food hygiene courses they state following temps.

Fridge 0-5
Freezer -18 to -22
