View Full Version : OH NO EFORM in 1 WEEK !!!!
Oh dear i have a big problem, i have been on holiday for 2 1/2 weeks only to come home to the big white envelope. i now have only 1 week to complete my eform. this is my first grading and i dont know where to start, can anyone help!!!!! please!!!!!! i looked at the first question but dont know how to word the answers. :panic: :panic: :panic:

Strengths...
You share information about new policies and procedures and ask for parents comments;
You have an annual / biannual questionnaire that you give to parents which asks them to provide you with feedback.
Improvement...
You intend to start liaising with parents about menus and ask for children's favourite recipes from home.

Is that all i need to write, ive seen people who write loads and loads thats why i was a bit confused? 1 down 19 to go:panic: :panic: thanks

You will find lots to write for some of the questions and perhaps less for others!
The trick is to really think about what you do and how good you are and sell yourself in the form.
I think that's what we mostly find the hardest isn't it? To really say we are good! Or better than good...
Make a list of your positives in every question. :D

Phone the CC and tell them you are just back from hols and they might change your date, one of my friends did this and they where very helpful :thumbsup:

mine arrived today and i tell you thank the lord for sarahs e-books!!!!! the 'your care commission inspection' goes through the 1st 3 statements in full detail!!! thankyou sarah!!!
i am kind of stumped with statement 4.... do i not need to complete this as is identical to statement 3?? very weird!! xx
