I only do one cold meal per week for a mindee (:clapping: ) it tends to be sandwiches/rolls/wraps, cold pasta, maybe soup or pizza we've made...... Vegetable sticks. Fruit. Yoghurt. Sometimes biscuits or crisps or cake. Not very imaginative, I'm adraid, but once a week I don't think I need to be!

mine either, i tend to vary the breads, bagels, wraps, muffins, then vary the meat and offer olives, cucumber, tomatoes. Sometimes I do cheese on toast of a quick veggie pasta (technically hot dishes though!).

Tuna/Sweetcorn pasta.
Pitta bread with filling.
Everything else has already been suggested.

We're not very inspired here, usually sandwiches for lunch here or something equally dull. But I have been looking for new ideas and am finding this site fab http://www.phunkyfoods.com/parents/lunchboxes

I have to admit to not always being very inspired for cold lunches.

But I have a new 10 mth old started this week so am going to make some more interesting finger food type lunch options for him and my other 2 mindees (both aged 2 and under).

Thanks for link, will look thru it later.
