I'm so Proud

Both Sally and I have just had our Ofsted Inspection 18 months overdue. I am so happy to say that we were both awarded an Outstanding in all fields.:clapping:

I am so proud of Sally as she had been awarded an outstanding at our previous inspection which was pre EYFS so to have retained this is just reward for all the hard work she puts in.

For myself I am over the moon. I was given a good at the last one so to be identified as being Outstanding in a predominately female field has put a big smile on my face. As I have said before one day male childminders will rule the world:)

Can we both thank you to evryone on the forum for the great ideas and useful tips that we have picked up.

Cant wait until the last mindee goes tonite to really let our hair down with a few drinks.
