Parental resposiablity forms

hi I've seen a few people on about these and no quite sure what thay are?

The Eyfs statutory requirements say you must ask parents -

information about who has legal contact with the child;

and who has parental responsibility for the child.

If you do not have this information you are failing to keep children safe.

If you don't have it on one of your child information forms or contracts, then you need to draw something up to ask parents to complete and sign.

There is info knocking around the forum that will help you if you do a search.
