SEF on Line - Copying

Right I've done my SEF on line and now I'm trying to copy the damn thing into the Ofsted on line thing,:angry: I've worked out that you need to go to edit and use the paste and copy bits but it looses all the paragraphs and bold and just becomes one long list.
Help can anyone tell me what I should do?

Yes it loses all your formatting when you put it into Ofsted's system.

There's not a lot you can do except use - or _ at the beginning of lines which are part of a list.

The CC one does that too, it's really annoying isn't it!
I do as Sarah says and use a - on the web form, looks messy though.
