What to cover/expect at first meeting?

Ok, so I have my first parent coming tmrw and am feeling all flustered having never done this before. So, what should I have ready to show them? What questions should I be asking? Basically what do you do at a first meeting? and it's for a school age child, completely forgot to ask how old! so assuming he's coming too any ideas what I can put out for him? If it was a little one I'd be sorted but not got much experience past school age, crikey am really stressing!
