do a form to update their personal data eg address, mob, landline, email, emergency contact number etc etc etc - what should i have in there....

I just ammend it on the contract as usually it hasn't changed, only her bf as emergency contact usually changes :)

I have all that information on a contract and review them every 6 months or when necessary.
