I do mine separately but that was what I was told to do by the NCMA

Others put all their on one.

This has been debated many times on the forum and there are lots of different replies.

I have my own sheet, I sign the children in and out during the day and I put all the names on one sheet each week. Ofsted didn't have any problem with it at my last inspection - they were more concerned that times are recorded accurately, to the minute not nearest 5 minutes.

I would advise that you speak to MM!!

Certainly don't waste your money if they are not fit for use then you should ask for a full refund.

My understanding is that each child needs a separate sheet for confidentiality.

Hi
I use MM ones and I only put 1 name on each sheet but I just photocopy the blank sheets so I don't have to buy anymore.

I use a book, they all go on one page, I sign them in and out Ofsted and my DO was fine with this.

Schools only have one register per class so is the confidentiality aspect down to how the register is filled in/who has access to it - if the teacher fills it in and it's not open to parents is that deemed to be confidential enough?

Just a thought.......................

I use MM ones, but I do only have one child :). Instead of using them weekly I've been using them monthly. So one side of a sheet lasts for a month.

If and when I do get more children will carry on using one sheet permonth for each child.
