NVQ 3 CCLD Healthy eating Factsheet! Help!

Please can someone give me some ideas on where to start.

I have to design a factsheet for parents to promote healthy eating. This is after reading many recent guidelines. I have read them and are aware of them, though don't know how to prepare a factsheet and try and get all of the info onto one page!!
