Hey Veronica.

The tablets do work I lost 7lbs - have been stopping and starting taking them and have put 3 back on :( but thats because im not sticking to taking them. However when i have taken them I do find a difference (decrease) in appetite and dont get hunger pangs.

Good luck with the weigh loss. Im getting back on them tomorrow(again) Im off on holiday in 12 weeks so I really need to kick myself up the rear!!!

I don't eat when I'm hungry I eat for other reasons like boredom, sugar craving, fed up, I'm walking through the kitchen, I've opened the fridge, etc!

Would they work for that too? It's good that they stop you being hungry but do they take the urge to eat away too, if not, it wouldn't work for me?!

When i was taking them initially and I took them solidly for a week I didnt have an urge to eat - especially the first 4 days.

I think they would work Lorri, you could always give them a go
