A book about leading/managing change??

Hi,

Does anyone know a good book about managing change or leading change in adults?? I know it's a bit random for this forum but I want some ideas for how to keep things fresh in the childminding group, keep people motivated whilst they are auditing/completing the sef etc!

we got given a couple of titles last night on our leadership and teamwork module. PM me and I'll give you a couple of titles from our reading list - is it specific ideas for teambuilding type activities or more 'how to be to influence them?'
