Hi Everyone,

Im an ofsted registered childminder, and new to this site. I was just wondering if anyone had any Learning and development sheets (template) that i could see please? To do my observations on, i need help in setting these out.

Sorry, meant to say, the space underneath name, age and date is for the photo to be inserted.
There are various obs forms to use which you'll find by checking out sites like Bromley or looking at the downloads on here.

The eyfs ages and stages information cannot possibly show every single thing a child does or says...

The most important thing you need to show through all the information you collect about the child is that the child is progressing.

So the child does or says xxx and you plan activities to help him move onto the next stage.

You can get information for that from the Eyfs guidance.

The form Emma has posted will be great for starting you off. :D
