NCMA Tool Kit

Hi, I have received my NCMA Childminder Tool kit, and I was under the impression that my membership details aind insurance details would be included, or have I got it wrong and that comes separately?? Any advise would be much appreciated!:)

I think mine came seperatly, maybe give them a call in the morning to double check.

I collected my starter kit the other day and my do said that the early years team would sort out membership and insurance this week. Ask your do :thumbsup:

Yep it comes under seperate cover, mine took about 3 weeks from when I received my tool kit!

mine took 4 months :eek: and a lot of calls to the ncma. then last week i got 2!

NCMA quite often send things seperatly, they put an invoice foorm in with your order and it tells you at the bottom whats been sent and whats on the way.x

I got my tool kit this week phoned them and they said insurance will follow in 2 to 3 week. They gave me membership number and policy number if you need it for contracts.
