Are you covering any topics in those months?

Doing any training?

Any children birthdays?

Any reminders for parents?

Easter activity details?

Can't think of anything else at mo!

How about training that you have recently completed or future training planned.

What activities you are planning with the children for the next couple of months. Perhaps ask the parents to collect things for an activity, junk modelling.

Will have a think for some more.

I'll be asking parents for their holiday dates especially over Easter and asking them to double check all contact numbers are correct as well as some of the other things already mentioned

I now only do quarterly/seasonal newsletters - I plan my holidays at the start of the year and put them in red at the end of every newsletter - I usually start with a seasonal reminder -e.g. spring will be wellies, raincoats, summer = su hats /7 cream (new bottle every year) I'll then add any personal/training news followed by any festivals I plan to include and any current special interest and any local intersting things. I always end by asking for input to craft/activities etc
